 Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Associate's degree or combination of training, education and experience that equates to the required degree.
  • Five years of work related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  •  Bachelor's degree in related training discipline.
  • Seven years of work related experience in related field.
  • Experience delivering instruction and training sessions.
  • Experience in Electrical or Mechanical Technology preferred and familiar with basic electronics tools (DMM, power suppliers, oscilloscopes).
  • Knowledge of fluid power, motor controls, PLCs.
  • Two years of work experience conducting training can be substituted for a degree on a year-for-year basis PLUS a certificate indicating formalized training in one of the training discipline areas or experience demonstrating proficiency equivalent to a pertinent certificate.
  • Certificate must be equivalent to 1 year of classroom and/or on-the-job training.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid Texas driver license and ability to be insured by the organization’s insurers.
